Brake bleeding
I suggest you re-bleed the next couple weekends. It may seem exteme, but when bench-bleeding the MC, you have to be absolutely sure you got EVERY air bubble dealt with.

Amen to bleeding the brakes!!!
I just got my 93 SSEi out of storage and the brakes were spongy. I swapped master cylinders with my 94 SE and the brakes were still spongy on the 93. The 94 was fine, so that told me that the master cylinders for both cars were ok.
Bled the brakes and that did the trick. There were two big burps from the rear wheel cylinder bleeders.
It is good to have brakes...
