Default Blue Bonny in shambles

Well guy'* I guess I spoke to soon on the 3800 strong motor. I was drivign today and heard this loud clicking noise then 10 seconds later I heard a loud bang. It is now leaking oil and making a very loud clack clack click clack sound. It sounds like rocks in a coffee can. Please help me diagnose the problem.
Edit here cut and pasted from Pontiac.com news---->

One of the Ten Best Engines of the Past 100 Years

Ward'* AutoWorld honored the Series II V6 on its list of 10 Best Engines of the 20th century.

Don't run it. Pull the oil pan and check for peices. Better yet, check the side of the block for holes.

Sounds like what happened to my first engine in the 91...... it threw a rod.

My advice.... don't try to figure it out... bring it to a mechanic that you trust.

No disrespect but do not try to think that everyone on the forum has no idea about working and repairing cars.
Now with that being said. It did sound like something of metal on metal contact.

Does stall mean shut off or just run very shaky. The vehicle sounds of balance. and causing vibrations
