Default Block Heater Plug

Here'* the noob QOTD - WHERE the heck is the actual cord/plug for the block heater located? I looked where I *thought* it was supposed to be, and I'll be darned if I can find the thing. With Canadian winter temperatures fast approaching (like any day now), I'd sure like to figure it out soon. Thanks!
