Hey guys for all that didnt know my bonneville is finally how it should be for the most part.... It was the engine module the whole time i had the car. I guess it was throwing off timing and just about everything... ok so anyways i had my car at WOT the other day off the line with a mean burnout, continued driving and my engine light came on and my temperature sky rockets, So i pull over as quick as possible and sure enough my belt is just sittin in the engine bay. I had the tools in my trunk luckly to put it back on and away i go. It hasnt fell off since then but im confused why it happened in the first place. Any ideas? Could my tensioner be weak or on its way out?
I have a CAI High flow cat and smaller pulley what size belt should i be running in this application?

I bought a 85 inch belt at autozone 30 bucks for the gatorback but i wanted maxium grip and tension. The belt was extremely difficult to put on but thats what i was looking for. There are now no squeaks or tapping coming from the belt and or */c, ITs actually very quiet and no slippage at all. The tensioner is cocked back pretty far though but i am 100 percent sure this belt will not come off. Now al i gotta do is figure out why my tranny will not shift at WOT.................. then ill be golden
