We need some clarification on what motor you have before we get too deep. Why did you transplant a Vin C motor in your car? Is your signature correct? What other work was done at the same time?

My olds was a c motor, mine is an L, fuel pressure now is like 35 to 40, at idle, wot is 50ish. when pump was replaced also included, filter and strainer, nothing else at that time. Now I add this only as to some insite to engine, 160k and needed valve cover and intake gaskets very, very bad, to be replaced with weekend. Mike

Thank you for getting that out of your signature. It clears the air a little.
