Default Bad Idle

I was wondering what could be the problem i just fixed all this summer my fuel pump, fuel filter, spark plugs AC Delcos,O2 Sensor AC Delco, ignition Module AC Delco. And i think i need a new EGR Value Gasket does the EGR Value have lots to do with the idle, because last winter my EGR got hit when i took it to get an old change and broke all the screws and was barly hangin on so i put new screws in it but i think it is still leaking a bite would that be a problem to the idle

Describe the "bad idle" Is it lopy like a high cam, is it more jumpy, like goes from 900-1200 rpm, or does it just stay at a significanly high rpm consistantly?

The EGR could very well be your problem. Can you take pictures of the damage and post them?

The idle is more jumpy and somtimes it stays at like around 900 but sounds rough and the EGR value just came of the top half there are three little screw that hold it down there torques screw and this happened like in there winter and i can't take pictures don't have camera. But i think it was the gasket because it look messed up

For the idle, you need to clean your IAC. Located somewhat under the Throttle Body. Bill will chime in on where it is, mine varies from your'*. When you pull it out, you will notice it is black, you will want to get it nice and shiny, it should be a silver/goldish colour. You just need some carb cleaner/wd 40/simple green. I've used all three, my car purrs like a kitten.

As far as the rough, that'* because you are idling at 900rpm. Below 1000rpm mine idles roughly also. Cleaning your IAC should fix that, try it and see.

I'd like to know if there was any damage to the EGR valve itself.

It isn't metal per say, but it did have a weird feel to it. It wasn't a typical cork gasket though. Anyone who has seen one, knows what I am talking about with it being a little weird.
