No problem Don... hopefully there are other people who can benefit from reading this thread and take a shorter route to fixing their problem. That'* what this site is all about, right? . That'* why I updated this thread so much, even when people weren't responding. I figure we're all learning together and essentially building a huge database of knowledge for others who have the same problems. Plus, I learn more and more about the modern internal combustion engine every time I dig into this sucker for a weekend. Frankly, I love it!

Ranger, it'* funny because a week ago you mentioned to check all the "obvious" stuff (plugs, wires, COILS!) and still I overlooked it a little too much. Chalk one up to experience!
