Autodimming Mirror.
ummmm... I hope this is the right forum for this. I have the autodimming rearview mirror, but its very loose. It'* loose where the bar connects to the mirror... not to the windsheild. It will rattle very badly when you get to 50mph +. Is there any way I can tighten it up, or do I just need a new one?
That is where one of the ball pivot points is, correct?
I don't think there is any way to tighten them, although I can look at one closer later on if the question isn't answered by then.

I don't think you can tighten it at all.. Sounds almost like its ready to fall in your lap..
When mine started shaking on the 95 I noticed it... Went to leave work and it was dangling by the wires...lol

Thats what I was afraid of. Oh well, guess I'm in the market for an autodimming mirror. Any idea what years will work? Does it have to be 92-95ish, or will the newer ones work to?
