Adjust wiper blade motor?
When the wipers are on, they go to far to the drivers side, clicking because they pass the windshield. Also, they dont go far down enough, though they do far enough when they are tunred off.
Possible to adjust the pan? I dont remember this happening when I bought the car 4 years ago

not sure on how to adjust them, but mine does the same thing. driver side wiper goes off the windshield a little bit. but they seem to go down far enough and they "close" just fine when turned off.

You need to get to the linkage arm and see if it'* bent or damaged.
You need to pull the wiper arms off. Pop up the end cap and then use a battery cable puller or carefully pry the blade arm off with a flat bladed screw driver. Some wiper arms are held to the shaft with the spring loaded locking clip.
Remove the rubber molding along the upper edge of the firewall. Pry loose the fasteners along the plastic grill and remove the vent grill. The vent grill is two piece.
