Default Adding an external Display to a HUD.

M'kay, I've got this HUD from a 92 SSEi sitting in my lap, I'd like to add another LED output to put on the defroster panel within camera view. How would I go about figuring out which wires to tap/if it'* possible? I have two complete HUD'*, so maybe if I could paralell them on the signal input line and simply replace the LED on one of them with a traditional 1" tall segmented LED board or something...

Maybe split the signal to the HUDS, so it'* like a Y connector, and put a mirror on the HUD so it'* still readable the right way, and in view of the camera. You could maybe velcro it to the dash whenever you need it.
