The entire motor mount does not have to be removed, but you must remove a bolt and sleeve to install the belt. Search the forums and you'll find articles like this:

Raise side of car
Pull tire
pull plastic shield
Take nut off bottom torq mount.
Use stud remover (reverse torx drive) to pull stud
Slide stud sleeve out from behind mount.
Old belt out, new in
Route belt and install
Reassemble car.
Probably a 45min job.
