Default AC Heater Fan Intermittent Not Working

I own a 98 Bonneville SSEi. She'* got almost 130K on her. Heater/Ac fan has been intermittent for about a year. Now it quit all together. I've done the Evaporator core cleaning as described in the Tech section. It worked for about a week and then quit again. I've searched these archives and have no clue what to do next. I'm thinking it'* electrical. Any ideas? Please help.

I'd unplug the fan and test the lead with a multimeter to make sure you're getting juice.
If you turn on the fan and the multimeter shows power flowing, it'd pretty much have to be the fan gone bad.

Whack on the fan housing with your fist or a rubber mallet. Sometimes the motor will sieze as the bearings wear. If that makes it run, replace the motor.

Just replaced the blower motor on my 98 SE for the exact same thing. Gets too dang cold in MN to wonder if you're gonna have heat each day...

Don't know if the supercharger changes anything, but the only parts other than the blower itself I had to remove were the braket that holds the fuel lines up and the rear plug cables. Removing the Strut Tower Brace would have made it even easier, but I didn't trust my luck on that one....

OK. I replaced the fan motor a year ago or so. I just checked the voltage on the leads to the fan. It barely moves the needle. I'm getting like millivolts on either DC or AC on the lowest setting. Now what?
