I assume you are talking about Antilock Code No. 45:

LF Inlet Valve Circuit.

This code sets when the ignition switch is at "RUN" and battery voltage is neither detected at the PMV, nor EBCM/EBCTM terminal 20, 3, and/or 33. This code also sets when the EBCM/EBCTM detects an open or a short to ground in the LH inlet valve circuit.

Check fuse No. 2 of the LH underhood fuse block and the ABS main relay. Other than that it could be misc. electrical shorts or problems, for which you need a good diagnostic.

Thank you
I have replaced the $ EBTCM (old one had a internal falt and code 45)
but I still had #45 falt code with the new one.
My ABS fuse is good still need to find the ABS main relay.
This Chilton Manual sucks.

Do you know if the relay will click when key is turned on?
Well anyway I still have bigger car problems to fix than the ABS at this time.

Anyone out there that knows any good mechanics in the Seattle Tacoma WA area
that knows a 92 SSEi well? Please let me know.

Thank you again.

I've had problems even with the dealer manual with the relay charts, they are not consistent.

But it says that it is No. 6 out of 8 under the hood on the firewall (third from the right side). I think this is accurate because there aren't any other contradictory charts (like for the ELC relay).
