Default about that low tps voltage.....

figured it out.after replaceing the throttle position sensor and connector,my 92 ssei was throwin code 22,and the ses light was steady on.it took me a minute to realize that i did not screw the sensor exactly in the same position as the previous sensor.we are talkin like 25 degress difference.big difference.anyway.lesson learned.that problem solved,on to the crank shaft position sensor.

Well sounds like you are getting things done! I only wish you best of luck. I know your ride will run much better when you get her done. Keep us posted sounds like a good book and now for the great ending.

I've taken my TPS off three times. Coincidentally, I've found three different ways to improperly install it. Fortunately, the crank sensor only goes in one way.
