Default 99 SSEi a terrible sound when beginning to drive

Don't know what the heck it could be, but what sucks the most is that a Sears mechanic nor knows.

This sound has been there for almost a year now. It'* getting laouder, and it sounds when I pull out or when it shifts between 1st and 2nd. It sounds like the tire or a turning object is hitting a piece of plastic. It sounds laouder when I speed thru second shift. And the sound goes away. When I reach a good speed level above 20mph.

And it sounds less when I have been driving for a while. Could it be a bearing, or a Pulley. I can hear the sound from inside the car, and passengers side axle. I don't know what it is.

Help please :(
