We used NAPA Ultra Premium rotors on my son'* SSEi. I believe they said Bendix makes them. I'd also check out the rear brakes, you may to adjust them.

Ceramic pads need to run hotter than semi-metallics to get their bite. They don't dust as much, but because they run a little hotter, can warp standard rotors easier. I say can, because many people here (myself included) have done ceramics and std metal rotors without issues.

Don't get the cheapest stuff, and don't beat on your brakes and it'* fine. Spending more on brakes is never a bad idea however...

As mentioned above, adjust the rears.
