97 SSE Blower troubles

97 SSE Blower troubles
The (heater, A/C) blower in my 97 has been operating intermitently. Comes on, shuts off, doesn"t seem to matter if it'* in auto or manual. Confused what to do?

My car diod that when I got it, I just went to u pull r parts and got a new one for 6 bux and solved that problem. Is the temp display blinking at all?
