99 ssei-Flushing the Brake fluid?
Since I will replace parts in the front brake wheel hopefully today, I was curious if I should do a Brake fluid flush, replacement as well,, what do you all think. And If I should is there a procedure for it on the H-platform Service Manual?

There'e two ways to do it that I am aware of. A power bleeder is available at most parts stores that allows for one person bleeding. It bascially pulls the fluid out to each wheel. And then there'* the old school method of two people. One to open and close the bleeder and the other to pump the pedal.
If you are replacing the calipers and stuff, it makes sense to do the fluid at the same time.

I just replaced about 80% of my braking system. Before I did, I made a homemade pressure bleeder out of a garden sprayer. With all four wheels off, it took about 20 min to completely flush the entire system by myself. I think I still have the plans around here somewhere if interested. It was about $40 total which is less than half of what anybody wants off the shelf and really simple to put together.

I think you have to use Ethylene Propylene rubber parts, the same o-ring material used in brake systems, or the brake fluid will make them swell.
The large diaphragm used in a cars vacuum booster is even made from EP rubber.

And I stand corrected on that pricing!
Yeah, almost exactly like that. 'Cept mine has a refief valve to let you siphon off the excess brake fluid from the MC resevoir and a larger capacity. I dunno 'bout the EP rubber. I just used whatever I could get my hands on (Motormite res cap and gasket, brass fittings, vinyl hose, pressure guage). I'll guess I'll know at some point in the future if the rubber fails. At least it was fun to make.
