95 ssei dtc codes 1361 1321 est line not toggling
Im about to punt, i have the service manuals for my car, ive went through the charts for each dtc, replaced the pcm and the icm, 
codes come right back on.ive read that it might be the cas, cpm any advice would be appreciated

A jumkyard PCM fixed the 1361 code in my '95 SLE. Don (jr's3800) has had a lot of experience with this. My experience with this FSM diagnostic procedure was not positive. Some background here:
