Default 95 Bonneville SE won't start but makes clicking sounds
Hey guys I went to see a 95 Bonneville SE and the car had been sitting for about 3 months and evenwhen I put jumper cables on it I only got clicking. I was told it was hydrolocking now how do I solve that problem?

OK....what does the oil look like if it has been hydolocked then the oil will look minky white...

If not...can u hear the fuel pump prime? is the Security light on?
