94 sse won't start
when you turn the key, the intrument panel cycles like it is having seizures in the on position. When you turn the key to start all you hear is a slight click and multiple clicks from the right side of dash under the glove box. This happened after an uneventful trip home from work, turned the car off briefly, a few minutes and then went to move it. It has been very hot here lately and the car has been left outside in the sun. Could this be a relay, ignition module or is the starter crumped? Car has 90k miles. ideas..

Usually when you turn your key to the on position, all of the gauges go to the max then back down. The clicking your hearing may be one of two things, your battery does not have enough power to crank the car over, or your starter cylenoid is stuck and wont come out to engage the flywheel.
Test the battery for voltage and make sure you got at least 12+ volts if you do, then im asuming it could be the starter cylenoid.
