Default 93ssei exhaust

My exhaust needs replaced. Don't know why. Only 243,000 miles.

Is dealer only place to get exhaust?

Local parts stores lists only 96 up SSEI.
Muffler shops want $600-650.

Anyone near st. louis have one?

I do a lot of exhaust work on many types of vehicles. There are definately aftermarket systems for the bonneville. We deal primarily with Walker brand compentents. For a manifold on back complete system including a cat and good quality muffler, $600 sounds about right. Esppecially when you figure their labor charge for it too. There are economy style mufflers available too and with a universal cat you could probably get it done for around $450. At least thats about what we would charge.

I'm also looking for an exhaust for my 93 sse from the cat back and the best place I have found on the web so far is Rock Auto. They have every component in stock and with shipping it was around $430. Thats with a direct fit cat and muffler according to the website.
Here is a link

If you get it from them, let me know how everything was.
