Forgot, sorry!

The BCS (Boost control solenoid, I assume) might be something to test.

When idling, the boost gauge needle moves up and down from way bottom to about 1/4 of the way up.

That normal?

You lost me on the condition of the plugs. 1st you said you've been cleaning them now you're saying they're fine. Can you remove the front three & show us a picture.

Gas mileage is usually given as miles per gallon not miles per tank. It sounds like you're getting less than 8 mpg but we don't know how much gas is being put in every 120 miles.

I'll take pictures of the plugs tonight and post them.

Frankly, I don't remember how many gallons the tank holds. But I'll check it out and convert as well.

I'll also check the coils tonight.
