My list is from GM Canada! I think it may be the difference between Passlock I & Passlock II systems though. :?
Oh, _Canada_. That'* probably your problem right there: 15 of anything in the U.*. = 13 in Canada... (acg_ssei ducks behind the monitor as a metric yardstick goes flying overhead... )

Jim'* right on again. You can either get the Dealer to tell you what Resistor code you'll need, or you can do it by trial & error with the different resistors.
...with a 3-minute pause after each failed attempt to wait for the system to reset...

Default final fix

pulled lock cyl installed reg cylinder with key..took ohmmeter to work pulled about 50 assorted used vat keys...read resistance...found all 15 different codes...plugged key into old cyl still attached by the 2 wires, and started trying keys...waiting each time until security light went out...fired with lucky number 13...still has vat cylinder and key stashed under dash until I get a 7.5k resistor..thanks for your help...If you guys ever need any parts..pm me..work at a large auto recycler in Ontario...may be able to help you guys sometime as well
