Default 92 SE moaning after acceleration

A few days ago my bonneville started makeing a moaning sound when i accelerate, The serpintine belt is fairly new so i don't think that could be the problem but i need some ideas on what it could be cause its starting to annoy me.

I know my PS pump whines like a supercharger most of the time. That could also be why I have no power assist at parking lot speeds. :?

Adding fluid when the pump starts to whine (the "whine" you hear is an underlubricated bearing) will often cure this problem.

Consider checking for an exhaust restriction. Either a smashed pipe or a clogged catalytic converter. Kick the cat. Does it make a rattling noise?
