Default Are 92-99 Trunk Latch interchangeable?

Just wondering as the title says regarding the trunk latch that'* actually on the door part ( mine has a broken leg so it keeps sensing the trunk lid is ajar, so I stuck a paper in there so it wouldn't keep trippin the DIC, but it'* a pain at night when I can't see whats in my trunk without a lighter or a flashlight )

I just like to know in advance before I make another trip to the wrecker.
( the one on the parts car was welded in.. don't ask.. so I can't take that one )
