92 bonny is on a distinguished road
Default 92-96 tranny swap

i have a 92 bonneville se and my tranny just went out on me.i found a 96 tranny and found out that the neutral switch is diff from the 92 tranny and the cylender switch also diff from the tranny.....can i just put the switchs from the 92 tranny in to the 96 tranny?

Best way to know would be to talk to a trans guy that knows the transmissions well. There may be soleniod or other changes that might stop you from doing this swap. It miight be easy as swapping that switch though.

yeah i tryed changen the switches and the wires the connect to the sensors in side the trans with the wires from my old trans but that didnt work
