Angry 1995 SSEi Water pump nightmare!!

Trying to replace water pump>and get idler pulley bracket assembly out of the way for wp bolt at 7 o'clock position>and trying to get ps pump out of the way to get middle pulley bracket bolt out .....ps reservoir clip is in the way of this bolt. Can clip be unclipped or does pump have to come loose?? Are pump bolts the two 10 mil @ 12 and 6?? They are screwed...vice grips not even working. Now what?
Help!
I will get pics on tonight if that helps.

The power steering pump bolts come out by turning the pulley so the hole is at 12 and then use a deep 13mm socket to remove it, then turn pulley to 6 and do the same. Don't drop the pump. It will brake the oil pressure sensor.

If you remove that it will make a mess. Way easier to just remove the two bolts. I've done it several times.

If memory serves me right, the only way to get that clip off is on the bench, so the pump needs to be off the car.
