passenger rear, the yellow you see is actually carpet.

window regulators were recovered from the local wrecker,
both passenger windows were sticky.. and would work if you banged motor.
so they have been replaced..

then comes rustproofing (krown) , tint and tires/rims.

This is the TFC, previously Jim W 1994? I've seen this car in person and it didn't look THAT bad. Pete used POR 15 and I thought that stuff covered and stopped rust?

Daaaamn, that hole in the floor behind the front wheel well wasn't there a couple months ago! I wonder if driving it 530 miles had something to do with that. I know when I did the POR-15 there was no hole there. A few weeks after I did the POR-15 the mount broke, but other than that and the hole under the back seat that'* all I saw!

Obviously it was too late for some of those spots for POR-15 to really prevent the rust.

Anyway Rick, I'm glad you're getting it fixed. I hope everything goes well with it. Other than the unfortunate rot from all the winter weather, it'* a great car and in very nice shape.

I look forward to seeing the pics when it'* done and after the tint and wheels!

While its up on the hoist, and with its pants down (so to speak) have you had a chance to inspect any of the shocks/struts and other suspension components?

I know Pete did a lot of that kinda thing when he had it, but this gives a perfect chance to get a view of those underbody components and ballpark lifespans etc.

Hows the muffler holding up? Are the clips that hold the exhaust tips still in good shape? Nothing worse then loosing those things.
