1994 Bonneville Trunk Leak
My trunk leaks somehow when it rains and just pools up in my trunk where the spare is and where the cargo net is. Someone please let me know how they fixed it and if it is a common problem on the 94'*!!!!!

Very common problem! Check to make sure rear light lenses are properly bolted and check antenna area. You probably have some broken lens bolts like I had that let water poor in there. Do a search here also for water leaks.

Mine got so bad that I could put a flathead screwdriver straight into the trunk when it'* closed. Even though the duct usually gets water to flow straight down, it seems to work better when the lid is open and dripping rather than when rain is falling straight down. I solved the problem as shown on pg 4 of my crazy work post - I put weather stripping all along the sides of the trunk'* ducts, on the lips of the lid, and along the bottom. It'* almost too sealed now.
