Default 1994 Bonneville stalling issue.

My son and I bough a 1994 Pontiac Bonneville having a stalling problem.
placed cam/crank sensor, fuel line has good pressure, wire harmess located between the drivers side are in great condition, no error codes after cam/crank sensor has been replaced but still stalled. I've checked on line and found alot of similur problems but no solution? Can anyone help. I'm taking the veh. to an authorized dealer. I was told that it might be the computer chip because it sends pulse to the injector? I hope it works. I've spend more than enough $ already. thanks

Try disconnecting the MAF(Mass Air Flow) sensor and see if you can reproduce the stalling issue. Sometimes a bad MAF sensor won't trip a check engine light.

Master Mech stated (MAF) is good, He ordered a manufactor cam/crank sensor to see if that works, wires are in great condition, I don't know what else. fuel pressure good.

Did you see if any trouble codes have been set?

Key in off position, insert paperclip into pins A and B. Have notepad ready. Turn key to ON, NOT RUNNING. It will flash once, short pause, flash twice. That is code 12 indicating the system is ok. Long pause then another set of flashes. Each code is seperated by a long pause. Each code will have a short pause between each number.

Best to run the test again after you get your first set of codes to make sure you got them right. Let us know if you have anything besides 12.
