1993 Bonneville SSE with Ghosts!
I just recently bought a 93 Bonneville SSE and have had many problems if anyone can help. The SES light was on so I did a diagnostic on it to find the codes 22 =TPS - 26 =TPS Circuit shorted - 39 =Tcc Signal Error 62= Cruise control vacuum solenoid - 63 EGR System Fault. After cleaning the EGR I only got one code and that was 21 so I changed the TPS although still getting code 21. Now the car is idling extremely high at start up and will not kick down.
Also the cluster was working on and off then quit, all gages went out, only speedometer is working. Having problems with the heat too, doesn’t get very warm or blow much air, changed thermostat, still no difference. Air conditioning is the same way.
There is a small exhaust leak; could this be the oxygen sensor? If so does anyone know where to find them? Lots of questions, need answers, please help.

I beleive the 93 TPS needs to be adjust for proper voltage after being installed.
I had the same problem on another car, its not 'plug and play' like the newer ones are.
I can't help you with the cluster issue, sorry. Hopefull someone more knowledge will chime in shortly.
The heat/ac not blowing strong could be a clogged up core.
Heres a procedure to clean it about 1/3 od the way down the page, though it might be up in TechInfo also.

Not blowing very warm or cold could be the airmix actuator. Search oin that term and you will get alot. I beleive your year can pull codes thru the Ecc if you have it. Also your ecc needs to be calibrated, if I remember correctly. Hopefully its as somple as that.
The o2 sensor is on the rear (firewall side) exhaust mainfold. Its not to hard to reach from the top and It could be leaking if its loose.

On the TPS, the 93 doesn't have an adjustment. HOWEVER, it sounds like the TPS might not be on the proper side of its actuator, on the TB.
Exhaust leak: 2x, it could be the o2 ... or the donut gasket near it where the down pipe mounts. Easy to swap, just 2 bolts.
Something on the heat and air; there are a lot of articles on cracked gear on the mixer box.
