Where can I buy a 180 deg thermostat for a 97 Bonneville? I checked all the local chain stores and major independent parts stores with no luck!

Any parts store should be able to cross-reference a 180° that will fit in the stock location. All manufacturers make them. They just can't go by the book, as only the 195 is listed for us, but if the guy behind the counter has a brain, he'll know which one you need.
