02 and temp sensor

02 and temp sensor
so i had my 02 and temp sensor replaced today had the originals with 136,000 miles on them ouch! getting 200 miles on a full tank 
so i go to rev the engine after it was done and it had this nice deep roar to the engine something i wasnt expecting so anyways in the end it coasted me $47 for the o2 and $18 for the temp sensor and $30 to have my neighbor put them in(he does all my work) so im looking forward to my better gas millage. so how many miles should i now get for a full tank?

o2 sensor will not change the tone of the engine the slightest. all in your head 
a properly tuned s2 L36 should be getting at least 350-400 miles per tank. keep in mind that winter gas has a big part in mileage, and it will suffer for a few more months.

i got the car in june and when i got it it only got 150 on a full tank. and my car has never sounded this deep in sound, before the exhaust always rattled and had a higher pitch to it and now its alot deeper

that was before the tune up i had spark plugs, wires fuel filter changed out after my starter blew out then it went up to 230 240 max with a lil high way millage in there

I have owned my car since new and a typical weeks driving is 50% hwy/50%city. The maximum average MPG has never been more than 19mpg in these conditions. Which would be 342 miles on a full 18gal tank. In the winter, MPG drops to around 14.5-16.5.

You can't compared mixed driving from member to member, even 50/50 between two members. Everyone'* mixed driving is different. The only thing you can truly compare is highway trips.
Most cars here should hit at LEAST 29mpg highway in the summer (non winter blend gas). Both of my cars are 30-32 on long highway trips in the mountains at 70-75mph.
The O2 will likely make a difference if it'* over 60k miles. The temp sensor will only make a difference if it was bad or reporting bogus temps. I'm curious why you changed that.
