How is the NGk 02 sensor does anyone have this sensor installed is there a big difference between this oen and the one from GM?

there is no Performance by replacing a O2...it just tells the PCM what the ratio of exhaust gas is, and gives the correct amount of fuel to the engine. It could possibly improve gas milage if your old one was failing
