If I can remember exactly between 2000 and 2500, but I'll check tomorrow to confirm. Just like today the gas hand was at the top of the yellow Empty zone and I dirve at the most 5 miles and now its all the way on E. Also, Is my exhaust suppose to pop everytime I cut my car off. I don't know how long it does this, but it does it everytime.

My RPM level using CC @ 60 mph is about 2300. Umm I also notice that when my foot is on the accelerator just cruising my gas hand drops then I stop at a light, step on the accelerator again, then the gas hand goes back to where it was, sometimes a little lower.

That would be foolish, considering it could be any one of 100 things, and we've really never even seen a faulty knock sensor on this entire Forum in 5 years. Let'* not toss 'might be'*' out there at this point. That can get costly.
ive seen it and experienced it on the 94

Find me another single instance of it in the last 5 years and 8000 members. I doubt you'll find one. Let'* stick to actually troubleshooting the problem instead of throwing what if'* out there.

My RPM level using CC @ 60 mph is about 2300. Umm I also notice that when my foot is on the accelerator just cruising my gas hand drops then I stop at a light, step on the accelerator again, then the gas hand goes back to where it was, sometimes a little lower.
Your TCC is not locking up. You should have a check engine light and/or a stored code. This will cost you mileage, but only above 50mph. This is the same as driving around everywhere with the gear selector in 3. When cruising at 60, you should be able to pop the selector back and forth between OD and D and see no effect on the tachometer.

You need to get a scantool on the car to see if the PCM is even requesting TCC lockup, and if not, why. If it IS requesting it, and it'* not happening, you need trans service.
