Thanks guys - thought the 3.33 didn't come in behind the 3800 until 1991.
And now for the interesting part: wife called from store saying the Bonne was "thumping" and made a horrible "clank" in reverse. Said it was coming from rear.
Brought it home home and ran some tests. Bad front motor mount (good news is $34. Bad news is behind a/c manifold. Is there a trick ?).
However since she was insistant was in rear I pulled the rear wheels. Everything looked fine until I pulled the pass side drum. Two shoes hit the floor. Lots of lining so not worn out, lining just delaminated from shoe. Never saw that before but since they were both in one piece, they had stayed in place & drum seems fine, guess clunk whas when they broke loose.
So tomorrow a new front mount and rear brake job. At least am home this week but is why we have spares.

Mine is a 90 SSE, and has the GX3. I believe if you have a SSE you have a GX3. I changed out all my mounts and the shop gave me the wrong ones. They didn't last a week, so make sure you check you option lable.
To change them out I had to release the body mounts and use a 2 ton jack to lower the A frame, while another jack lifted the engine and trans. This was mostly for the back right mount. The front ones weren't that hard.
