Default what comes on with ACC?

When I turn the key to accessory only the radio comes on. Shouldnt I be able to put the windows down or up with the key on accessory? If not, how difficult would it be to wire the windows to an accessory line int he fuse panel?

Everything works when the car is running or is in the ON position. My power seats, mirros, and locks all work when the car is off (don't need the key) , but my stereo is the only thing that comes on when in accessory. My dads '92 Silverado and our '97 Astro allow you to control the windows and stereo when the key is on accessory. Whats a Retained accessory module?

Sorry to burst your bubble, but you don't have ACC. It could be you got a new Ignition Cylinder, and it was for the wrong car, which came with ACC and a new starter switch, which had ACC.. and who knows what only got hooked up and such. That seems to be the only logical explaination.

Uhh.. where is this magical ACC position you speak of? None of my friends' Bonnevilles have it [pre-92 of course]. There is a space between LOCK and ON, where the engine shuts off, but all the accessories work.. but I don't consider that ACC..

Same deal here. Only the radio and power seats work in ACC, which is ok. Put the key in, push in key in, and turn towards yourself. Then start listening to the tunes without anything else coming on.
