weird VIN
So i go out to my car this morning to go get the vin, to have available for when I buy parts for her, and the 5th character is a "Y" which indicates which trim model I had well SSE is W, LE is X and SE is Z. What is wrong with this equation?
BTW: the vin is 1G2HY54CXKW226838

I'm showing:
5th position:
W=Firebird Trans Am
W=Grand Am SE & GT
X=Firebird SE/Bonneville LE
X=Bonneville SE
Y=Bonneville SSE, SSEi
Z=Bonneville LE, SE & SSE
I'd say you have an SSE from your VIN.
