Is there anyway to test the spark plug wires to see it they are good?

Got a digital multimeter? Check the resistance to see if they are all in the same range. The longest should have roughly two or three times the resistance of the shortest. Stock wires range between 5 and 14 thousand ohms, usually. Aftermarket wires are around 50-150 ohms, like my MSD wires. If any are above 30 thousand ohms, or show an open circuit, replace them. Make sure to try the different ranges of the multimeter display to get an accurate reading.
