Default Symptoms of Cam/Balancer shaft bearing Failure

Anybody know what kinda symptoms a failing/failed cam and/or balancer shaft bearing would produce. Low oil pressure?? Noisy?? (what kinda noise?) lost performance??
Anybody had any of these bearings to fail on them?? How many miles?? What kinda service did this car see?

Thanks

Number of years ago I had both center cam bearings wind up in oil pan onna C 3800. No noise, continued to run strong for 1,000 miles (dealer far from home said was guage), only symptom was 19 psi at 2000 rpm/light on (under 6 psi) at idle.

Happened first time the car experinced 0F temperature at about 85,000 miles.
