Watch Ebay. I just picked up a reconditioned cluster from a shop dumping old stock for $29 a few weeks ago, complete with compass and DIC. I think they had a number of them they were selling. The one I got had 29K on the odometer.

I have 3 guage clusters, an 89, a 90 and a 91.

You wanna roll it up? Stick a drill to the speedo cable, and run it in foreward. Might take a while, but it should work with no problem. Not sure if it'll roll the odometer back if you crank the drill in reverse, lol.

Actually, do they use a speedo cable??

No speedo cable, it is all electronic. Yes electronic to run the analogue gauges, lol.

Well I got the old dash taken apart and looked at ways to roll UP the odometer to match the mileage on the new car. Ended up taking the odometer apart, taking the rod with the mileage on it completely out, put one end directly into a drill and held the little metal feet in place and proceeded to roll it up. I never seen mileage climb so fast in my life, lmfao.

Put it all back together, put the entire cluster into the new car, and now I have a fully functional dash, with working Compass, DIC, and odometer. It all worked in the old car, but was not sure if the screwy compass and DIC in the new car was due to the cluster or the connection. I now know it was the connection.
