22 - Throttle Position Sensor Circuit ( Signal Voltage Low )
that sounds like the problem. Before you replace it, I would making sure it is connected, or even try cleaning it? They should be pretty cheap if you can find a used one.

You will also have to take a scan tool or a volt meter and calibrate the sensor when its removed and reinstalled or replaced..
