Is this the 'security' light on the dash or an aftermarket alarm?

Just curious, how do you know it'* killing your battery? The security light on my Blazer flashes 24/7 but never kills the battery.

I had this problem when I stripped off the car for a deep body repair.
The problem was a bad ground in the trunk.
Investigate for proper ground contact on the 4 doors and trunk.
This was detected by the an electrical specialist.
Cause...bad contact due to rust....
and yes it will drown your battery if you dont fix it....I know!!
