MPG & O2 sensor ?

MPG & O2 sensor ?
i just filled up my tank and did the math and the results came out to be 19 MPG!! 
what the hek caused me to get such crappy milage. the things done recently to my car were a replacement Bosch O2 sensor, new AC delco plugs, hi-flow cat, and magnaflow muffler.
should i expect to get much lousy mpg with the new exaust toys or do you guys think it my O2 sensor. im hopeing its the O2 sensor but i cant find a place that sells them anywhere, napa doesnt have em, autozone and kragen dont carry them.
help please!
