I have not given up on on the lesabre. But with lack of tools and money it'* going to be tricky. I puit it on hold for the summer do to heat, grass and bugs. Did i say heat?!?! ok. But the bugs are goiong away and it'* getting cooler. In about three weeks I will get a set of jack stands and get at them flywheel bolts.

It sat for about 8 years before my friend dad'* got it. Pops did not chnage the oil in it so he got a good 30miles out of it. Then it was overheading on the way home.

Good thing is, junkards should have these engines for a good price, and if you get lucky, you can get something with low kms. I got one, 122,000 kms for 400 dollars, (cdn)

WOW that'* low mileage, and WOW that engine didn't have an easy life.

The piston can rock back and fowards. It'* the back of the engine. It got so hot that the oil just turn to ash on the heads.

you should put that handicapped sign on the windshield...
