I'm gonna re-read this thread tonight and see if I can make sense of the firing order. Or if there is a better pic in my Chiltons, maybe I'll scan it and send it to you.

Granted everything is OK, its just the firing order left now right?

ps, i hope to have my car as beautiful as yours

once i get the order of the connections on the coil packs right i can start to look into sensor problems.. just got to go one step at a time

There are two 1987 service manuals for sale on Ebay. Cheap at only $5.99! I am tempted to order it myself to give you the answer. This will have your answer.....

correction, i *used* to have that book i cant find it in the car... it used to be in the glove box, my mom says i took it in the house, which means it was in my room at some point, which means i will probably never see it again

I don't know if you would be able to fit a service manual in the glove box... Your owner'* manual would fit in there. Maybe that'* what you're thinking of.

Definitely. The service manual was written by GM specifically for the 1987 Bonneville.
