Factory tint coming off

ON the back window around the defrost strips, the tint is peeling off a little bit. Its kinda noticeable from the outdside. Is there anythign i can do to glue it back on?

What "Factory" Tinted Your Windows???

M car has some very light tinting on it. I just assumed that it was done at the factory. THe windows look almost clear...
