Default ET on original rims?

Does anyone know the ET number of the original 16" rims on a 89 Bonnie?

Thinking of buying new rims and need the numbers so that I dont buy wrong ones.

Thinking of 17x8, some chrome stylish rims. Really hard to find something that fits the look of the car without beeing to vulgar.

I'm not 100% sure what the ET is....

But the bolt pattern is 115x5... if that helps.

Normaly that'* in reference to quarter mile times. Anywho, 8 inch wheels are kinda wide, they might rub.

No problem, I think the word im looking for is offset.

114 will be off by a millimeter, could cause a little wobble.

42 is coming to mind with the offset.

GM is 5x115mm and the wheel registers on the hub. Chrysler is 5x114.3 & dunno what it registers on. Our factory wheels are 16x7x46mm (is cast on back). 38mm will stick out slightly more. Offset varies with rim width.

114.3x5 will most likely require hubcentric rings so really stay on. Keep in mind your wheel isn't riding on the studs, but the hub itself., some people have run 114.3x5 with rings and been fine.
