Let me start by saying that I really doubt these are any good, but I have to ask. Has anyone tried one of the "chips" for their car from ebay? They cost about $20, and have 3-4 wires on them, there are a lot of different ones, all claiming to be the best, and all claiming about 15-20% power increase? How are these supposed to work? Do they actually increase power?
